Reaz was founded in 2025 to build a design house grounded in cultural intelligence and craft discipline.

India’s artistic history is not singular. It stretches across dynasties, courts, temple ateliers, and regional craft communities. Sculpture traditions, manuscript illumination, mural schools, metalwork, weaving, embroidery, and architectural geometry developed in parallel, each with its own rules of proportion, symbolism, and technique.

Each Indian state holds a distinct cultural vocabulary. Reaz approaches this as an archive to be studied and practiced, not borrowed. Research informs form, surface, and construction decisions, resulting in handbags that carry cultural depth without costume.

Reaz means practice. The house exists to prove that repeated discipline creates difference, in design, in craft, and in how heritage is carried forward.
