REAZ bags are made after order confirmation.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the bag will not be shipped immediately.
Estimated delivery timelines are:
India: 8 weeks from order confirmation
International: 10 weeks from order confirmation
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, material preparation, embroidery, quality review, logistics, customs, public holidays, or events outside REAZ’s control.
5. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication method.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance in cases of:
Payment failure
Pricing error
Production constraint
Suspected fraud
Delivery restrictions
Incorrect customer information
Product unavailability
Force majeure event
REAZ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website.

For Indian customers, applicable taxes may be included or shown separately at checkout, depending on the website configuration.
For international customers, customs duties, import taxes, and destination-country charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed through Razorpay-supported payment methods or other payment options made available on the website.
REAZ does not store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, CVV, or sensitive banking authentication details.

REAZ will ship orders to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Domestic delivery within India is planned through Blue Dart. International orders may be shipped through Blue Dart’s international network or other applicable logistics partners depending on destination availability.

9. Customs and International Shipping

REAZ is not responsible for customs delays, seizure, import restrictions, additional documentation requests, or destination-country requirements.
10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the REAZ Return & Refund Policy.
Because REAZ bags are made after order confirmation, cancellation requests must be raised within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Returns are accepted only for wrong product delivery, verified manufacturing defect, or confirmed transit damage, subject to inspection and approval.
